Pranayama

Pranayama can be translated as breath regulation.
Classes at Ageless Yoga include pranayama.
An example of Pranayama is inhaling for a four count, holding the breath after inhale for a four count, exhaling for a four count, and holding the breath after exhale for a four count. In Yoga this may be called Breath of Equal Holds.
This breathing exercise can create a feeling of internal balance and relaxation.
