Hot Yoga
taught by Chris
Stretch, Sweat, Feel Refreshed!
Class Description
At the hot yoga class, the 26 postures are the same each class.
This helps you learn the postures and build a consistent practice.
The hot room (105 degrees) helps warm up muscles for safer stretching
and cleansing through sweating.
Each posture is taught slowly, step by step.
All experience levels, including beginners, are welcome.
Drink a lot of water before and after class!
The worse the shape you are in - the more it is encouraged that you show up for class!
This yoga practice can help you de-stress and feel better.
Benefits of class:
-breathe easier
-improve flexibility and strength
-reduce chronic stress patterns in the body
-clearer mind
-feeling of overall well-being
