VW Yoga: Yoga for Voluptuous Women

This women-only class was created as a safe, supportive environment for curvy girls, often accompanied by a supportive friend or family member who may or may not be voluptuous themselves
. This is also a popular class with women recovering from injury.

We take time to adjust to and between poses, allowing each participant time and space to be confident and comfortable with each pose.

The class is a six week program. The content is the same for the six weeks, allowing us to start slowly and progress as a group.

Women are encouraged to set individual goals. There is nothing better than a woman who yells out in class when she reaches a goal—whether it’s stretching further than she could last week or perfecting a pose.
