Vinyasa Yoga and Bikram Yoga are both considered Hatha Yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is characterized by linking postures to create a "flow" while Bikram Yoga uses static posture holds with rest in between to create a different kind of cardiovascular benefit. Each practice has its own benefits. This class takes postures familiar to the Bikram practice and weaves it into a Vinyasa sequence. Bikram/Vinyasa: styles combined.

If you want to pay with cash or check, please bring it with you on the day of the class.
Some familiarity with Bikram Yoga class postures and Sun Salutations is helpful but not required. Classes are are taught at a pace suited to the students in the room. Even if you are a beginner, you will be guided step by step through the practice.
