Have you ever heard that Yoga is more than just the postures?
What are the some of the other parts of the Yoga system?
This class is simultaneously
a great introduction to Yoga for beginners
AND
an experiential way for regular practitioners to deepen their understanding of the 8 Limbs of Yoga as presented in the Yoga Sutras.

The class is practiced at room temperature, not heated.
This class includes beginner level postures and breathing exercises.
